Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Read the Strayboots Terms of Use ↗ and Privacy Policy ↗. The information below explains how this website handles your booking.
Booking essentials
City hunts start from $99 USD per team of up to 6 people. Photo Quest is $129 per team. Mission: Teamwork and Ghosted are $149 per team with a three-team minimum. You can book multiple teams. An optional event host costs $350 per booking and includes kickoff, onsite support, extra photos, and a wrap-up and awards ceremony. Hosted bookings require at least 5 days (120 hours) of notice; self-guided bookings require 24 hours. Game access is emailed within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Venue admission, food, drinks and transport are separate.
When you book
Your hunt, host selection, preferred date and time, and occasion are sent to Stripe when you continue to checkout. Your selected number of teams is used to calculate your booking total. If prompted, confirm that quantity on the Stripe payment page. Stripe collects your name, email address, payment information, and any optional booking note you provide.
After confirmed payment, StrayPics stores the order reference, payment amount and status, your name and email, and your booking choices. We email a booking confirmation to the customer address collected by Stripe. The Strayboots team receives the booking details by email to prepare your hunt, send access instructions, and answer booking questions.
Full card numbers and security codes are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not on the StrayPics website, and are not stored in the StrayPics order database. Stripe’s checkout displays the merchant name Walkinthepark, Inc.
When you contact us
The Contact Us form collects your name, email address, topic, message, and any city or preferred date you choose to share. Netlify processes and stores submissions, filters spam, and notifies our team so we can reply. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through the form.
Services involved
- Stripe handles payment and payment confirmation.
- Netlify hosts the website, contact form submissions, and order records. Hosting and security logs can include technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser information.
- Google Analytics measures site usage and booking performance when you allow optional analytics.
- Google Workspace delivers customer booking confirmations and notifications to the Strayboots team.
- YouTube provides the videos. Video players load only after you choose to play a video, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Playing a video connects your browser to YouTube.
Browsing and your choices
Optional Google Analytics loads only when you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand page visits, city and hunt interest, checkout starts, contact-form success and paid bookings. We use it without advertising personalization or Google signals. Your choice does not affect browsing or booking.
When allowed, Analytics uses pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, technical device and connection information, page paths, referring sites and campaign labels. Booking measurements can include the selected hunt, team quantity, host option, transaction reference and paid amount. We do not send customer names, emails, booking notes, event addresses or contact-form contents to Analytics. With your consent, browser and session identifiers accompany your Stripe checkout and order record so a confirmed payment can be associated with the visit.
We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after up to 180 days and may renew when you return. Use “Analytics preferences” on any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future browser measurements and removes our Analytics cookies; it does not delete previously collected data or reverse processing of a booking already submitted with consent. Contact us with requests about your information.
No advertising pixels are installed. Names, emails and payment details are not saved in browser storage. Stripe and video providers operate their own services when you use them. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the optional booking note. You can contact the team before booking to discuss access needs or other arrangements.
Order records remain in the booking system and business email. Contact the team for questions or requests about access, correction, or deletion of your information. This page covers the storefront; the game access instructions will identify the service used to play your hunt.
