Start with the birthday person’s interests

A landmark lover might enjoy a downtown route. A group that enjoys art or science may prefer a museum hunt. Choose one area that fits your celebration, then compare the suggested start and highlights before booking.

The hunt gives the group a shared activity without requiring everyone to know each other already. Mix friends across teams, introduce everyone before the first clue, and let the birthday person choose the team names.

Keep the party budget simple

Each team covers up to six people. For a ready-made city hunt, six guests can play as one team from $99; ten or twelve guests need at least two teams, from $198. Fifteen or eighteen guests need at least three teams, from $297. You can book extra teams if you want smaller groups.

These are game prices in USD. Food, drinks, venue hire, admission and transport are separate. Confirm your group size before booking and make your own arrangements for the rest of the celebration.

Choose a city route or a party at your own place

A city hunt gives you a ready-made area to explore. Photo Quest, at $129 per team, brings creative photo challenges to a park, party venue or another location you choose. Check that your venue permits the activity and has enough space for your group.

For a bigger celebration, Mission: Teamwork and Ghosted cost $149 per team with a three-team minimum: $447. They include five custom questions, a dedicated event manager, premium online support, and a summary page with photos and the leaderboard. Coordinate the custom questions with your event manager; an onsite host remains optional.

A party plan with room to breathe

Allow 90–120 minutes for most hunts, plus time to meet, introduce the teams and reach any meal reservation afterward. Do not assume the finish will be at your restaurant; use the game instructions and check with us if a particular location matters.

Book self-guided play at least 24 hours ahead. If you want someone to run the kickoff, provide onsite support, take extra photos and lead the wrap-up and awards ceremony, add a host for $350 once per booking. Hosted events need a confirmed location, date and time at least five days ahead.

Plan the details.

Can ten people have a birthday hunt?

Yes. Book at least two teams for a ready-made city hunt, starting at $198 total, or Photo Quest at $258. Mission: Teamwork and Ghosted have a three-team minimum of $447; ten people can split into teams of three, three and four.

Does the hunt include a party room or cake?

No. Your booking covers the selected game and any host you add. Arrange venue hire, food, drinks and admission separately.

Can we include questions about the birthday person?

Mission: Teamwork and Ghosted include five custom questions, coordinated with your dedicated event manager. Ready-made city hunts and Photo Quest do not advertise this customization package.
