A LITTLE PLANNING. A LOT OF PLAY.

How to plan your scavenger hunt

A scavenger hunt brings your group together around clues, riddles and creative photo challenges. Your team uses a phone to follow the game, share ideas and capture moments along the way.

Find ideas for the people you are bringing, with practical team sizes and route suggestions.

Choose a city route or bring the hunt to you

A city hunt gives your group a ready-made area to explore. Compare the suggested start, setting and highlights on each hunt page. Indoor venue hunts can be useful when you prefer a museum or other indoor setting; admission and timed-entry tickets remain separate.

A play-anywhere hunt works at your office, park, venue or chosen location. Choose Photo Quest for creative photo challenges, Mission: Teamwork for collaborative competition, or Ghosted for ghost-themed clues and riddles.

How many teams do you need?

Each team covers up to six people. Divide your group size by six and round up to find the fewest teams needed. You can choose more teams if you prefer smaller groups.

Mission: Teamwork and Ghosted require at least three teams. A group of ten can divide into teams of three, three and four. The minimum premium booking is $447.

Self-guided or hosted?

Self-guided hunts suit groups who want to follow the game on their phones. An onsite host adds a kickoff, support during the hunt, extra photos, and a wrap-up and awards ceremony for a flat $350 per booking.

The dedicated event manager included with Mission: Teamwork and Ghosted is separate from the optional onsite host. Both premium hunts also include premium online support, a dedicated summary page with all photos and leaderboard, and five custom questions.
