BEFORE YOU SET OUT

A few local details worth planning around.

Choose the downtown starting area that suits your plans

The Downtown Business District route has a Discovery Green starting area; Downtown Houston starts at Market Square Park. These are separate hunts. Choose one before arranging transport or a meal afterward.

Do not assume the tunnels are open on weekends

Downtown Houston’s tunnel network mainly serves weekday working hours. Many entrances are inside office buildings, and most tunnels are closed in the evening and on weekends. If tunnel access matters to your plans, contact us before booking; the downtown route is not an always-open indoor option.
